GHK-cu 50mg / BPC 10mg / TB500 10mg Blend

GLOW

GLOW is a next-generation regenerative peptide stack combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500, formulated to enhance skin quality, support tissue repair, and promote overall cellular regeneration.

GLOW works by activating multiple regenerative and protective pathways at once. GHK-Cu stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis and supports antioxidant activity, BPC-157 accelerates tissue repair and inflammatory modulation, and TB-500 promotes cellular migration and structural tissue regeneration. This multi-pathway activation enhances skin elasticity, accelerates healing, improves recovery, and supports connective tissue integrity more effectively than single-peptide formulations.

Clinical and research data on the individual peptides within GLOW demonstrate improvements in skin texture, wound healing, inflammatory control, and cellular repair, positioning GLOW as a comprehensive peptide-based solution for aesthetic enhancement and recovery support.

GLOW is formulated for use in wellness and research settings and is intended to support regenerative and recovery processes as part of a broader peptide and lifestyle optimization program.

Within pre-clinical and laboratory research settings:

  • BPC-157 has been studied in relation to cytoprotective signaling and connective tissue–associated pathways.
  • TB-500 has been explored for its role in cellular migration and tissue remodeling processes.
  • GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper complex) has been examined in studies involving skin-related signaling, extracellular matrix interactions, and cellular growth pathways.

Collectively, these peptides are referenced in research contexts focused on understanding how cellular signaling influences skin structure, tissue integrity, and biological repair processes.

GLOW is not a pharmaceutical product and is not approved for medical or cosmetic treatment. Information related to this stack is provided strictly for educational and research reference purposes.

GLOW 70mg Vial – Reconstitution & Dosing

  Reconstitution (GLOW vial)

  • Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water to the GLOW vial. (2.0 mL on a 3.0 mL syringe)
  • Clean the rubber stopper of the vial with an alcohol swab before inserting any needle.
  • Inject the water slowly into the GLOW vial and allow the powder to dissolve on its own.
  • Do NOT shake the vial.
  • Once the solution becomes fully dissolved and blue in colour, the vial is ready for use.
  • Store the reconstituted vial in the refrigerator, do NOT freeze.

Dosing - All unit measurements are based on the 10 mg/mL concentration created by the reconstitution step.

  • Draw 0.2 mL (20 units on a U-100 insulin syringe) per dose.
  • Administer once daily, preferably in the morning (any time acceptable).
  • Inject subcutaneously into the abdomen (fatty tissue layer).
  • Use 5 – 7 times per week.
  • Can be used for 12–16 weeks, followed by a 2–4 week break.

Side Effects

  • Injection site may yield a red mark or sting.

Administration

Self-Administration

  • Use a new sterile 29G insulin syringe each time.
  • Clean the top of the vial with an alcohol swab before drawing up your dose.
  • Draw the prescribed amount (20iu)
  • Clean the injection site on your abdomen with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry.
  • Administer the dose subcutaneously.
  • Rotate injection sites each week.
  • Dispose of used needles in a sharp’s container.
  • Do not share vials or syringes with anyone.
  • Do not use the vial if the solution appears cloudy, discolored, or contains particles.
